The seven varieties of radicchio that we bring into production/cultivate are: the radicchio of Chioggia with a rounded shape, the early long radicchio of Treviso, the late long radicchio, the the semi-long radicchio of Verona and the sweeter pink Verona, the variegated radicchio and the sugarloaf chicory radicchio.

It is an important range that we can provide to our customers ensuring product continuity for all 12 months of the year.
